Legal advisor with experience in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on inheritance law, family law and corporate law, including support and advice on extraordinary capital transactions. He also offers advice on setting up companies in Italy, supporting clients in start-ups, compliance and corporate management.

He has specialised in the relationship between law and new technologies, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and privacy, obtaining a Master's degree from LUISS Guido Carli in Artificial Intelligence, Technology, Ethical Regulation and Society. He is a certified Auditor/Lead Auditor ISO/IEC 42001:2023, the first international standard for AI management systems, and supports companies and organisations in adopting solutions that comply with current regulations, managing legal risks related to technological innovation and developing internal policies for the responsible use of AI.

His approach integrates traditional skills and digital innovation, offering targeted legal support tailored to the needs of private clients and companies operating in advanced technological contexts.
