The Firm also handles litigation relating to mobbing, discrimination, accidents and safety at work, ensuring a strategic approach geared towards the concrete protection of the parties' interests, as well as providing assistance in the filing and management of appeals for preliminary technical assessment pursuant to Article 445-bis of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, aimed at obtaining welfare and social security benefits. This activity includes assistance in the administrative and judicial phases, as well as support in relations with social security and welfare institutions.
